Well, the DAM Garden Party was a success! The turnout was great, the weather was gorgeous, and the setting was picturesque. The food, drinks, and music were wonderful too! A big THANK YOU to Nancy Sizer, Sarah Balmer, and Matthew Hanna for pulling it all together. Thanks, also, to Peter Ruffner for hosting the event at his beautiful home and garden. Chris: I saw your mother last night, and she told me about your art work and website. I’m very impressed, and wish you the best of luck and success. The photo’s of the showing at Peter Ruffner’s house look terrific, and I’m certain it was a memorable event. May it open many doors for you, and provide future opportunities. Thank you for your kind words! The Garden Party was a great experience – one that I hope to have again. Most of my notifications for upcoming events go through Facebook but I really should be sending out emails too. I have your address now and will be sure to inform you in the future. My next confirmed show will be at the 106 Gallery in Grand Rapids during the ArtPrize competition in September.
